Body Sculpting 1 hr.(Mon/Weds/Fri at 9:15am PST)
Strengthen and tone all muscles through various types of strength training. All levels and abilities
Core Strength 30 mins.(Tues/Thurs at 8:30am PST)
Designed to strengthen and tone your abs, lower back and core.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 30 mins.(Tues at 6:00am, Weds. at 6:00pm)
Cardio blast boosting your heart rate and increasing your metabolism. Advanced levels.
Max Muscle 30 mins. (Tues/Thurs/Sat at 7:00am PST)
Heavy weight lifting focusing on certain muscle groups per day. Advanced.
Plyometrics 30 mins. (Thursdays at 8:30am PST)
This class uses mostly body weight and tempo to give you a high endurance workout. This class is open to any fitness level with multiple modifications for all. Light dumbbells may be required.
Yoga 45 mins. (Sundays at 9:00am PST)
Using Yoga poses to lengthen and stretch muscles.
Zumba 45 mins. (Tuesdays at 9:15am PST)
Burn those calories away using a fun interval training dance party.
