Early Morning Circuit Training -1 hr.(Mon/Weds/Fri at 5:30am PST)

Variety of Cardio, Strength and HIIT all in one early morning class.

Body Sculpting 1 hr.(Mon/Weds/Fri at 9:15am PST)

Strengthen and tone all muscles through various types of strength training. All levels and abilities

Cardio Boot Camp 1 hr.(Tues/Thurs at 6:00pm PST)

Work strength and cardio in drills and circuits.  For all levels and abilities.

Abs and Core 30 mins.(Tues/Thurs at 8:30am PST)

Designed to strengthen and tone your abs, lower back and core.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 30 mins. (Tuesday at 6:00am PST)

Cardio blast boosting your heart rate and increasing your metabolism. Advanced levels.

Max Muscle 30 mins. (Tues/Thurs/Sat at 7:00am PST)

Heavy weight lifting focusing on certain muscle groups per day. Advanced.

Cardio Boxing 30 mins. (Thursday at 9:30am PST)

A blast of cardio using boxing moves to burn maximum calories.

Yoga Stretch 30 mins. (Saturdays at 8:00am PST)

Using Yoga poses to lengthen and stretch muscles. (Coming soon)
