All Fitness Classes are online and live via ZOOM or if miss or need the flexibility of your own time, our daily videos are available.

Weekly Strength Training

45 min

Monday through Friday 

6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am

Each day will focus on different muscle groups and disciplines like core strength, mobility and flexibility. Build strength, as well as endurance with circuit programs and build muscle with heavy lifting. Our program is designed for five days a week for six weeks.

Equipment: Bands and Free Weights (5lb, 8lb, 10lb. dumbbells) - Based on your strength

Level: All levels and abilities. 

30 mins.

High Intensity Interval Training

15 mins.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

5:45am, 7:45am

This High Intensity Interval Training class compliments our six-week program and fulfills our cardio sessions for the week.
